This year we have used Direct First Aid to provide some of our staff training at the Portsmouth Guildhall . First aid at work and Manual Handling. I find the company easy to deal with, quick to reply to any questions regarding the setting up of a course and flexible providing times and dates to enable us to maximise the amount of staff attending the course.
Both courses were well presented and interesting, enabling all candidates to learn at their own pace, resulting in 100% pass rate.
I will be using Direct First Aid again in the future and would recommend them to other organisations requiring training for staff.
