This course is aimed at new members of staff who have little or no understand of the food hygiene laws. It is suitable for staff who handle low risk and minima foods including wrapped foods and front of house serving staff, kitchen porters and warehouse staff
A course can be run at your venue or from our training venue from £500 for a course of 15 students. We can, if needed provide a local venue for an additional cost of £100 for the course.
I now understand why I need to look after my back. Manual handling has never been a priory for me but after this course I think I will be putting it at the fore front of what I do
